Stretch Wrap is a highly elastic, clear plastic film that can be used to wrap packages, merchandise and practically anything else for storage or transport. It is tear resistant and clings to itself extremely well.
1. How much does shipping cost?
- Unicomall aims to have your items delivered to you with a minimal shipping fee.
- Unicomall standard shipping fees are determined based on the weight, dimensions, origin, destination and in-house promotions as well.
- The shipping fees (if any) will be clearly indicated during your checkout.
2. What is the delivery lead time for an order?
- After every successful order through Unicomall, a verification process will be done to make sure that payment/contact/delivery info is correct.
- Lead time for West Malaysia: Allow 1-3 business days.
- Lead time for East Malaysia: Allow 5-7 business days.
3. My item has not arrived. What should I do?
- We advise our customers to check the shipment status more frequently.
- Rest assured that our aim to have your items shipped as fast as possible.
Please allow at least 5-12 business days for your order to arrive depending on your location.
- If you did not receive your item after the estimated time arrival, kindly contact customer service at Contact Us and one of our friendly Customer Service Representative will assist you.
4. Who are Unicomall courier partners?
- Orders are shipped via Poslaju, Skynet, GDex standard courier depending on the order made.
- Our courier partners are just as dedicated to delivering your products as soon as possible.
5. Can I cancel my order after the order has been shipped?
- We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate your request for cancellation once the item has been shipped.
6. Will I be charged for re-delivery?
- Please be reminded that just in case you will need to collect personally at the local post office or any courier company that responsible for the delivery.
- If the courier company has attempted to deliver your order but you were not present to receive it, you will be presented a card with details to arrange for a re-delivery.
- If the courier company is unavailable to reach you after 2 delivery attempts, the products will be returned to our warehouse.
- Customer will be charged after the arrangement of re-delivery for 2 failed attempts.
7. Can deliveries be made during weekends and public holidays?
- We regret to inform you that our courier partners are unable to deliver during weekends and public holidays. Please expect to receive your parcels within business days only.
8. Can I pre-arrange/schedule the date of my delivery?
- We regret to inform you that we are unable to schedule deliveries. However, you may coordinate with our courier partners once the item is “Shipped” to schedule according to your preference.

Returns & Exchange:
1. We DO NOT accept return and exchange due to change their mind about the product; Not satisfied with the quality after the goods have been used; Caused the fault by using the product in an abnormal way; Damage the product by making alterations; Damage the product where the damage is cause by any factors beyond our control.
2. If you're found any defects due to manufacturer or incorrect (model/size/color/we sent wrong item) , we will gladly accept returns of packages within 7 days of your receipt and exchange one to one. Simply contact us and return the defects item in its original condition to us.
3. Customer need to return the item for our inspection and after inspected by us (usually within 72 hours of receipt), if the item is incorrect or defective, we will process for an exchange and deliver a replacement to you at our expense.
4. To exchange due to wrong item, color or size selected by customer prior to delivery, please contact and advise us on your request within 2 days from the date of receipt.
5. The exchange is subject to Management approval and delivery charges for the returned item and second re-delivery will be borne by customer
